I have included my TOP 10 SOLO DRILLS, I complete them for 1 min each with a 30 second rest between each.
- Walk down, Press up, Jump & Roll back
- Hip Opener
- Breakfall, Technical Stand up
- Triangle to Hip Thrust
- Floating Sit Throughs
- Backwards roll to Flat and Back
- Sit Throughs
- Bridge to Turtle
