Morning Motivation! Fast 10 Minute Home Workout!

While we are all in lockdown and the world seems a bit crazy, its easy to neglect our physical health and just play video games all day. However, breaking up your day with a little physical exercise will not only do wonders for your physical health but will also make you feel better and boost your morale.

Sometimes though you dont want to commit to a long workout, so try this quick full body burn to help you get through the day.

This workout is done in a small space with no equipment so all you need is yourself!

The exercises in this workout are:

  • Star Jumps – 1 Minute
  • Burpees X10
  • Jumping Squats X10
  • REPEAT NEXT EXERCISES X 2
  • Sumo Squats X10
  • Static Lunges X10
  • Press Ups X10
  • Superman Touches X10
  • Toe, Knee & Bum Touch Sit Ups X30
  • Bicycle X10
