Obviously no 20 minute workout is a miracle cure, but I aim to give you easy and accessible workouts that you can do at home. Requiring no equipment and can be done in a small space. All my workouts can help you increase your fitness without going to the gym!
Sometimes gym environments (when they open back again!) can be daunting or even boring when your on your own. But doing a quick workout in your living room is an easy alternative to keep yourself fit and healthy.
