So, since I am working from home. I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to challenge myself to a 30 day challenge, or four!
I wanted to do 30 days of yoga to try to embed it into my daily routine. I have dabbled with yoga for years but never really made it a priority. However take a look what happened when I did it everyday for 30 days.
